Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Can Push Fit Connectors be reused?
Push Fit Connectors can withstand adjustments during initial installation, but it is not recommended to reuse connectors that have been in service for years on new piping. Although special tools can be used for disassembly, sealing performance may degrade with repeated removals.
Do refrigerant pipes require special treatment before installing the Push Fit Connector?
Burrs must be removed using a deburring tool, and the pipe edge must be polished with sandpaper (any grit) to avoid sharp edges cutting the internal rubber ring. If the pipe is not perfectly round, it must be reshaped first. If uncertain, please consult our sales staff.
Why is a measuring tool required before installing the Push Fit Connector?
To ensure the refrigerant pipe is fully inserted into the connector to the correct depth, always mark the pipe using the measuring tool beforehand.
After installing the Push Fit Connector, is pressure testing required before charging refrigerant?
Yes, always perform a pressure test first to verify the airtightness of the entire system.
How do I choose the required specifications?
First measure the outer diameter of the pipe to be used and select the appropriate specification. If unsure, consult our sales staff.
Under what circumstances will the Push Fit Connector fail?
Failure may occur if installation procedures are not followed, if unsuitable refrigerants are used, if pressure or temperature exceeds allowable limits, if deformed copper pipes are installed without reshaping, or if the connector is kicked/stepped on causing deformation and gaps.
Can defective Push Fit Connectors be replaced?
Yes. Within ten years from the purchase date, if installation issues are confirmed to be product defects, we will replace the product. Please refer to the replacement policy below.

Push Fit Connector Replacement Policy
Replacement Period
Valid for ten years from the invoice date.
Replacement Coverage
We provide replacement service for product defects. Damage caused by human factors is not covered (e.g., copper pipe edges not deburred causing seal damage, use with non-permitted fluids, excessive pressure/temperature, damage from repeated insertions/removals, etc.).
Replacement Shipping Costs
We will ship the replacement product free of charge to your designated address. Our logistics partner will then collect the defective product – you do not need to pay any shipping costs.
